Gyoza / potstickers / dumplings with shikate mushrooms and spring onions

Pani Puri with Kaala Chana Chat

Main Courses

Lotus root/new potatoes in Spicy Coconut Sauce

Sweetcorn with peppers

Nutty Nawabi Pilau

Desert

Celebratory Lapsi with lots of nuts, raisons and apricots
