4 cups chopped spring greens
1 tablespoon oil
1 onion; finely chopped fine
2 tomatoes; blanched, peeled and chopped fine
1 clove garlic' minced
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
salt and pepper to taste
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and add the onions. Cook until golden brown.
- Add the tomatoes, garlic, cumin, coriander and turmeric powders; mix well.
- Add the spring green, salt and pepper and mix.
- Lower the heat and braise for about 10-15 minutes.
