1/4 cup milk
6 spring onions; finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
1-2 green chillies; finely chopped
1. Beat the eggs and milk
2. Add the spring onion, coriander and chillies.
3. Add the salt and pepper
4. Mix well.
5. Heat up a frying pan, spray oil on it, pour the egg and cook covered at very low heat.
6. Flip it, if you can, or elso place under a grill and broil for a few minutes.
