Ingredients
2 large Mangos; diced
1/2 red onion; chopped fine
1/2 cup coriander / cilantro; chopped fine
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
Mix and let stand overnight for optimum flavour.

Mangoes! I want to try this like anything and brought mangoes twice but each time mangoes turned bad by the time I started preparing them.
