6 spring onions
3 sprigs coriander

1 packet of gol gappa puris (available in Indian/Asian stores)

Method:
1. Chop the tamarind block into small pieces, place it in water, boil for 15 minutes, strain the water and save it.
2. Add chopped chillies, 2 finely chopped spring onions and the red chilli powder. set aside

3. boil the potatoes in their skins, peel the skin while still hot, and chop roughly into 1/2 inch cubes, add the chickpeas, chopped coriander, 4 spring onions and mix.
