Last Saturday, I was in Kent Khane, where a lady ran up to me to say she wanted to meet me as she uses Chachi's recipes. She said she had made Kebab jo Shaak for sufro that evening. Turns out I had bought the kebab jo shaak from nandi! It tasted just like Chachi's cooking!

There's a bunch of us who rely on Chachi's kitchen for ideas for Sufro and Darbari; we must all be more pro-active about leaving feedback - if you ever venture as far as Gloucester Khane you will be swamped! Keep up the good work!
