Monday's Supper

Stuffed Paratha (beef)  in the case of minced beef, dry fry and follow the recipe)

Cobi jo Shaak / Spicy Cabbage

Mutter Pilau / Peas Pilau

Samosa Pastry Trimmings and Avocado Dip

We made pastry / pur for samosas yesterday.  For the freezer ;).  Today we fried the trimmings and served them with Avocado dip.
