Hi
ReplyDeleteThanks for putting on the lovely recipes. Also ismaili from east africa and it's really great to be able to find resources where I can double check recipes or find ones that I don't know how to cook but feel like eating because I am missing my mum's food (like chana bateta) :)
I added a 1 cup of water and simmered until chickpeas were very very soft; about an hour. It was yummy.
